Shipping and Returns

Shipping Policy
We ship using USPS Postal service. The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be based on your preferred shipping option.

The Healthy Tree is not responsible for delayed, unclaimed, or returned orders due to incorrect or undeliverable addresses or delays caused by USPS due to weather or other causes that we are unable to control. We take great care in packaging our products for shipment, but unfortunately, we can’t guarantee what happens to the packages once they leave our hands. If a package is greatly damaged, however, please contact us.

Back Orders
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

Returns
If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return The Healthy Tree products in their original, unopened packaging for a refund within 30 days, return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer. Because of the nature of the product, we cannot accept returns for packages that are already opened.
